Optimizing Troubleshooting:

1. Power on for 2 seconds, then shut down automatically? For some cars, the ACC wires are controlled by the CANbus or have a feature called "delayed shut off" for radio and other components. As a result, these cars might not provide stable 12V accessory power to our radio. To resolve this issue, it's recommended to purchase the appropriate harness adapter that "Provides accessory power" for your specific car model. Brands like "PAC" offer compatible wiring harnesses for this purpose. Alternatively, if you prefer not to buy the adapter, you can find ACC power elsewhere in your vehicle and connect our red wire there.
2. No Sound After Installation? a. Your vehicle may have a built-in Amplifier or a BOSE, JBL, or Infinity system. b. Ensure the harness you purchased is compatible with your vehicle. c. The Blue wire of the stereo harness is for powering on Amplifier. If your vehicle has Amplifier, make sure the Blue wire is connected. * If your vehicle has a built-in Factory Amplifier, you will need a harness that supports "Retaining the Factory AMP". （PAC harness adapter is a good option.）
3. The head unit has a memory function. If the ACC wire (red wire) and the B+ wire (yellow wire) are connected reversely during the installation, the product will have no memory function after the power is off.
4. The car stereo is not suitable for use in vehicles with a voltage exceeding 14V, such as large trucks. If you intend to use devices with a voltage exceeding 14V, it is essential to use step-down conversion wires to prevent potential damage to the car stereo.

To power on the unit, ensure the following conditions are met:

1. The Red wire of our harness receives switched 12V power (requires turning on the car key).
2. The Yellow wire of our harness receives 12V power.
3. The Black ground wire of our harness is properly connected.

You can use an Electric pen to test these three wires.

Important reminders before purchase and installation:

- [Dash Kit] Please read the dimensions shown on pictures and make sure if your dash board opening size is one of the following three sizes, if yes, our stereo can match your car perfectly: 1. Commonly used Double Din sizes for car series in the U.S. and Europe: 170*97mm(6.69*3.81inch); 2. Commonly used Double Din sizes for car series in the Asian: 178*100mm(7*3.93inch); 3. Other common sizes: 189*117mm(7.44*4.61inch)

If your DASH BOARD opening size is not the above three, SjoyBring car stereo is compatible with the dash kit of most of the aftermarket parts retailers in the US, like Metra, Scosche, etc.(opening size is 170*97mm(6.69*3.81inch) )
